Seenigama Devalaya (Temple) is located by the Colombo – Galle main road, just before the
Hikkaduwa Town. This Temple is devoted for Devol Deviyan (God Devol) and around 300
years old. But some believe that, this place is more than 1000 years old, but there is
no any proven evidence.
Sea Turtle Hatchery & Rescue Center
This location is an ideal place to see the beautiful sea turtles in a protected
environment. A small charge will get you a tour from the caretakers and an opportunity
to see and feel baby turtles!
Galle Dutch Fort
Galle Fort is a UNESCO World Heritage site. This fortification which was first built by
the Portuguese in 1588. Later in the 17th Century, Galle Fort underwent extensive
modifications and expansions which were carried out by the Dutch.

Hikkaduwa Marine National Park
Hikkaduwa Marine National Park, located in the southern province of Sri Lanka, is one of the country's two Marine National Parks. The park features a fringing coral reef renowned for its high biodiversity. The area was initially declared a wildlife sanctuary in 1979, upgraded to a Nature Reserve in 1988, and finally designated as a national park in 2002. Conveniently, the park is situated just 2 km away from the villa, making it an easily accessible destination for exploring its rich marine life and vibrant coral ecosystems.

A Unesco World Heritage Site, this historic city is a delight to explore on foot, an endlessly exotic old trading port blessed with imposing Dutch-colonial buildings, ancient mosques and churches, grand mansions and museums. This is leopard country, and they are the Lords of the Jungle! With a leopard density
that's higher than anywhere else on this planet, these menacing predators prowl
majestically in Yala, while elephants roam in their numbers with cautious deer
scampering by their side
Mirissa
